Getting help

Email to be published before release. Include your Submergent version, your macOS version, and the provider you were using.

What is supported

• Submergent 1.0.0 on macOS 14+ · Apple Silicon
• The seven providers listed on the providers page, at the versions their current CLIs ship
• Docker or Podman for the Container environment

Before you write in

Settings can reveal your local logs, which are sanitized and safe to attach. If the app will not open at all, note whether macOS showed a Gatekeeper warning and what it said.
